A member of The Ex-Press skeletal staff happened to be looking out the window just in time to catch a glimpse of a grey whale surfacing outside the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club in English Bay, Sunday, October 4. We apologize for the short video. We were just happy to get it.

That was cool but way too short… couldn’t you have coaxed her into surfacing some more for you? Like with fish, or candy or something?

Wonder why the whales come so close to urban settings? Hope it was safe, there are way too many ships in English Bay for a big whale? Short but good video, love the Ex-press. Keep on posting. It’s all good.
